Our November Theme is Out of This World!

It’s November...our daylight is short and the nighttime is long. So, let’s make the best of it! Since night comes early, now is a great time to learn about and observe the night sky. Our November theme is SPACE and this week it’s all about the MOON!

Full moon.

Moon Rock Hunt

Learn about lunar rocks and then stage a moon rock hunt in your own yard!

Cookie Moon Phases

A science activity….that’s TASTY! Kids and adults will enjoy learning about the moon phases using cookies! Eat them afterwards and there you have a science project that’s about as good as it gets!

Fruity Solar System

Our monthly recipe is out of this world! Making this fruity solar system is the perfect way to teach kids about the planets and where they are positioned in the universe. Best of all, they get to eat it in the end too.

Last month's theme was nutrition - check out the blog to see what you missed! Follow us on Facebook and Instagram for all our latest posts.
